Nigel Chamier AM - Chairman
Nigel Chamier AM is Chairman of Oxley Creek Transformation Pty Ltd and a Director of ACT City Renewal Authority. Nigel also chairs The Menzies Health Institute of Queensland.
Nigel was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia in 1994 for services to the property industry and in 2016 was made a Member of the Order of Australia for his contribution to economic development programs and the preservation of historic buildings. He is a former President of the Queensland Division of the Property Council Australia and past President of The Brisbane Club.
Nigel oversaw the highly acclaimed $215m restoration of Brisbane City Hall and has played a major role in the development of some of Brisbane’s landmark buildings including Central Plaza and Riverside in Eagle Street.
Following a successful career with JLL, Nigel now provides high level strategic advice and focuses on ensuring major projects are delivered on time and on budget.
For four years Nigel chaired the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation and the Commonwealth Games Infrastructure Authority. This included structuring the delivery of The Commonwealth Games Village and all the venues.
Nigel is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of The Australian Property Institute and a Fellow of The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Anne Clarke OAM - Director
Anne Clarke OAM is Executive Officer of the Oxley Creek Catchment Association (OCCA). She was involved in the formation of OCCA in 1995 along with members of the Oxley Creek Environment Group. Anne served as President of OCCA from 2001 to 2013 and was Secretary of the Australian Marine Conservation Society (AMCS) from 1995 to 2000.
Anne was a Contributing Editor to the publication, "The Brisbane River Story - Meanders through Time" written by Helen Gregory, published by AMCS, and first printed in 1996.
Anne is a former teacher of Science, Biology, Mathematics, and English as a Second Language, and taught in a number of Secondary Schools in the Western suburbs.
Anne was awarded an OAM in 2008 for "services to the environment through the conservation, planning, rehabilitation and management of urban waterways".
Anne also serves as a member of the Oxley Creek Transformation Pty Ltd Audit and Risk Committee.
Guy Gibson - Director
Guy Gibson is the Head of Development Qld for Lendlease, and has been with Lendlease since 1996.
Prior to that, he was Director of Town Planning at Brisbane City Council. Before joining Brisbane City Council in 1987, he worked for the National Capital Development Commission in Canberra.
Guy is an Honorary Life Member and past President of the Property Council of Australia (Queensland), and is a previous National Director of the Property Council of Australia.
Bevan Lynch - Director
Bevan Lynch is a registered architect who was a Founding Principal of ML Design, a multi-disciplinary design practice providing services in architecture, master planning, urban design and interior design since establishment in 1987.
Throughout his career Bevan has been actively engaged in the design and delivery of an extensive range of projects in the private and public sector, including major mixed-use projects and master planned communities throughout Australia, the Asia/ Pacific region and the Middle East.
Bevan is passionate about his home city of Brisbane and its emerging presence as Australia’s New World City.
In 2006, Bevan became the founding Chair of Brisbane City Council’s Independent Design Advisory Panel and was appointed as Chair of the Urban Futures Brisbane Board in 2010.
In 2017, Bevan was also appointed as Chair of Urban Renewal Brisbane and as a Director of Oxley Creek Transformation Pty Ltd.
Bevan also serves as the Oxley Creek Transformation Pty Ltd Company Secretary and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Bevan continues to serve on the Brisbane Airport Corporation’s Development and Design Integrity Panel.
Tracy Melenewycz - CEO
Tracy Melenewycz serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Oxley Creek Transformation Pty Ltd, responsible for the day to day leadership and general management of the company.
Tracy has extensive experience in the fields of operations and business management, finance, human resource management and governance.
Tracy has had a long and diverse career with Brisbane City Council and has achieved formal qualifications in commerce, marketing, project management and accounting, banking and finance.
